I did say make 2 500x250 images that will make a 500x500 image.....only way that would work is on top of each other

I'm with this guy.

They don't really blend at all, and is like two images were created and throw in together.

The bottom sigs though.. side by side they would look great, the "vs" idea. That would have actually looked great.

Thats about all i have to say really. Everything else is obvious.
