Non gmv. I love how it looks really good. Many people are unable to pull off bright and shiny, with pretty colours, but you sir, rock at it! 
And I also adore how you've put in warm shades, and cool shades, and they don't look funny. XD
EDIT: Spy's is good too, really, I like the typography, but non's is just... amazing.

Nons gets my attention, and the Guild Inn catches your eye, which is the aim of a banner, the other doesnt do that, so Non gmv.

Top gmv. Really nice idea with the God and stuff Bottom wasn't like, what do you say? In the GI spirit. Too many colours and that. But if it wasn't a GI banner, it would of been really nice  Just don't fit the theme imo.

Non's for me....though its a cool idea the main text in the top one just doesn't look very nice to me. Hard to read and doesn't really stand out.

Top just looked LQ and text was blah.
Non's doesn't really fit the "banner" theme but it was said it wasn't gonna be used anyway, and it just looks a lot better and is a bunch more appealing.

I'd like to point out that neither fo them "fit the site. The way the banner here works is there is a background image of a small gradient that stretches across behind the banner image itself. The scanline's on the top makes that impossible, as does its size/border.
But, I voted for the better art in this case.
Top's text was hard to read, and non's was just overall, better.

I voted top because I didn't care much for the kalaidescope feeling of Non's.
I think the colors are pretty, its just not for me.
