Well, Eluvies is pretty active. Asc is too. I dunno about Karma. I think UD and Aether is pretty inactive.

we may not be active in the battle scene, but our team forum is active, and we all chat together everyday.
were currently working on a few projects.
just cuz a team doesnt battle doesnt mean its not active
