Once again im looking for a team i think i improved a lot from the last time that i wanted to join a team i think im ready to enter a team again so any teams available that think i can join in their team let me know

oooh those are easy look i think i can explain it right now...
if u know how to use pentool then just make the desired line or curve u want make sure its white then once u do the line or curve u want go to blending options add some outer glowing the settings are up to u then once u have the outer glow grab ur smudge tool with a soft brush and smudge the end tips of the lines and then just blur them a lil bit...thats how i do it
