hmm you sure you press 4 on numpad ? and you can always go to. Start -> all programs -> accesories -> System tools -> character map, then find diamond, double click it and press copy button then paste it to signature

Ok. This is really weird. I found a character pallette and inserted the diamond then I save signature and it says "?" !!!! WTF?
