The rules are quite simple in terms of voting.
(1) You have to PM who you believe should win each award to me.
(2) The PM should contain
all your votes for all the awards.
(3) You can only vote for one person per award.
(4) You must provide a brief reason as to why you are voting that person. (10 words or so).
(5) No posting on the forum what who voted whom for the awards until they have been given out.
(6) The same person can be voted for in more then one award category.
(7) You can't pick yourself. Yes your mum says your lovely, thats reward enough.
(8 You can't vote me i.e 'Mark'
The award ceremony will take place on
Wednesday, 19th of December.
You all have plenty of time to decide upon who deserves your vote.
Another topic will be created for the award ceremony. When the winner is announced for each award, the reasons people gave for voting them will be printed anonymously.
Any feedback about the different award categories etc will be taken into consideration for the Guild Inn Spring Community Awards.
If any foul play is discovered, that person will be eliminated from winning or voting.
An icon or something will be designed by the time the award ceremony happens so the winner can proudly show it off.
Also note that due to me counting and sorting out the votes etc...I can't be voted for. I know its a shame...dreadful.
