very nice style saber, i like the lighting on the bottom a lot. they're both really clean and nice. i think the text on the top one would look nice on the bottom one too.

just that style of lighting. i usually just do a soft circle brush, but yours doesn't look like that at all.

aah that, i was playing around with that until ifigure it out,
Tip for All!:
first you look for a color that will fit as a glowing light in your sig, i choose purple, so i used a soft brush at 65 pxl i think and brushed once where i wanted (on a new layer ofcourse) and set that layer to linear dodge.
