Too messy, in my opinion. Furthermore, if I'm seeing correctly, you used the Wave/Ocean Ripple/Ripple/Liquify to do those... ripples, and that's even more messy. Colors are oversaturated, tone them down a little. Text is too simple, I'd suggest taking it off.
