New Mobile, advice...
Ok, I want a new phone and think I might be able to convince the other half to let me take up a new contract.
I'm currently on Vodafone but tempted to change to get a better deal. I make more calls than text but love games on the go and the more high tech the phone the better. I love gadget (what man doesn't).
What is the best phone out there at the moment? What do you use? Should I wait for something else that's coming out soon?
N5, do you still have that phone you were selling a while back?

If you can afford it, the iPhone is a beast, one of my mates has one and it can do almost anything you could possibly want a phone to do

Except that as an actual phone it's really not that great. No MMS even, come on. Plus there's the extortionate prices and contracts to consider.
The Nokia N series (eg N95) seem to be very good and popular, and as they're Nokia's official replacement for the N-gage, they should be at the forefront of gaming on mobiles. Hoody's got one with pro-evo on it and it looks like one on a last-gen console and runs brilliant, really impressive.

would emailing from an iphone be cheaper than MMS? MMS is way over priced but I do use it alot.
I've been looking at the N96, it's the N95 with a new case and double the memory (from what I can see). Can you plug normal headphones into one as I hate having to use the bundled sets or pay through the nose for a decent compatible set.

i still have it mate, and that one does have mms and email lol. Its not the best phone ever but its alright and if you want it i can do it for £100. I could keep the money for a bit too just in case you decide you dont like it...or whatever. I could send it and give you a bit to try it if you want lol, i trust you not to nick it  anyway get back to me about it

its the LG Viewty, like a iphone clone. I was looking at the N96 too, i like it and i need a new one as my k800i is starting to pack in. But yeah check it out, its on amazon new for £200

Iphones are shite. As said before, they have quality features like ipod, apps, 3G etc but they don't even have bluetooth connectivity with other phones, only bluetooth headsets and earphones. Personally i'm a Sony Ericsson fan.

i want an iphone, simply because im an apple fanboy, but im talking myself out of it, a really REALLY bad and expensive contract or £400 for a phone? no thanks. I love sony ericssons too personally, might get a c905 or a x1 before end of the year.
