yea, i was thinking about it, but then again i don't know if there is a point. don't see why someone would waste their time doing all this and how they'd get my e-mail. this wasn't in my spam folder either.
and the "winning info" stuff is all there...

i mean i was thinking about replying for the hell of it, not giving them my ss number >.>

Why oh why would the national lottery of England have an e-mail address that ends with "@hotmail.co.uk".? He'd have a .gov e-mail, no doubt about it.

I'd say that this is fraudulent. I myself have encountered a handful of these through e-mail and even text messages... and actually went to the trouble of verifying the identity of one "lawyer" who was supposed to represent the group who gives out the cash... he wasn't even a real lawyer.

Remember, a real scam artist will go through the trouble of making their scams as realistic as possible so that the intended victims would think "why go through so much trouble for a scam, so it must be real".

Just don't give out any important info yet if you still want to reply/verify...

The address is actually right, email obviously isnt though (it wouldnt be .gov btw whoever said that, its co.uk). There is actually a thing on their real website saying this sort of thing goes on.
