Thats right anything accepted from the program but these are permited:
- Extra brushes: for SMUDGING ONLY no spatter effects
The rest has to be 100% made by your self, so lets make it fair, i have battled other people like this and they end up using C4d's and textures from resurgere and its just dumb...and why battle....>_>..
so who gives it a go?...=D...
Remember 100% by yourself, your knowledge of effects and creating an atmosphere goes into action here....=)

I would give it a shot, if I can have at least 2 days for the deadline (I go back to work tomorrow, so I have to go to bed soon). Does the sprite itself have to be from scratch as well?
And also, I make my own c4ds, but if you prefer me to still not use them, that is fine

no the only thing that isnt going to be made is the sprite, and only PS program stuff, if you can make c4d's on Photoshop then go for it...

I used only defaults to paint the waves and the sky Soft brush, hard brush, chalk brush, and charcoal brush.

lol yea, All of them are in the first default set, except the charcoal which is in the dry media default set. Boring names right
