GIF problems
So my problem is this, I made an animated banner for a wow server I play on and everytime I save and upload to like photobucket. It gets all blurry and pixelated. I'm not really sure if I'm just saveing it wrong or if its the site Im useing to upload it.

ImageShack allows for larger uploads than Photobucket, unless you're willing to pay for premium status. The best thing to do is to upload your smaller items to Photobucket, and upload larger things to ImageShack, or any other large uploading service.

when you are saving, Click. File - Save For Web And Devices. And select .GIF, and hit save.

Try that. If you already haven't
