I can't find my brushes.

I've downloaded my brushes into C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS3\Presets\Brushes and saved it as a .abr file, but when I open Photoshop and click load brushes, the whole brushes folder has gone.
Can anyone help me?
