Cant install photoshop....

so,i decided to come back to making sigs but i have been trying to install photoshop.Once i open photoshop a message pops out "Product Licence has expired", i have tried other photoshops but the same thing happens....what should i do,its driving me crazy !!!

it should be come on im 14 how can i possibly pay for that without a credit card or whatever it needs.....there has to be an other way
