Filter>Distort>Displace!!
How the hell do you use the diplace tool? when im lokin at tuts, it say use it and when i click it it tell me tp open a file. but idk what kind of file is used or what looks good when using it. what files do i need to use, and where can i get them

you dont know how its gonna look like, thats why its a distort effect, use it and look what the result is.
and if you use other peoples PSD for it as been said, its technically a rip and some times you can be busted.

but yeah use your own psds and remember if you dont like the result, just erase and start again, practice makes perfect.

If the psd says either LRO, or says "learning rights only" or "no ripping" or anything like that, then don't use it. It basically has to say Full Rights in the topic description.

If it says Full rights, only ONE other person can own FR, so poo  . And NEVER use other people's .psds for displacements. It's really easy to get caught. Glass had caught someone earlier, I think.
