Avatar Problem

Whenever i try uploading my avatar it says invalid image URL, but i tried all the different links on photobucket, none of them work, they all say the same/similar. HERE is what i'm trying to upload, its not that good, since i had to resize it from 80x80 from gamespot to 100x100 on here.
