Some video tut advice (File size's and file type)

Just wondering what you guys would say on what is my best option to make a video tut , what i want to know is i have both fraps and Camtasia and what you think would be best to use to record and lastly what is the best finished file type to use , would converting to .swf save much bandwidth ?.

Camtasia and SWF is what I used. I would say it produced the best results for sure.
