Composition, Focus and Flow Theory

Hi!
I was wonder if someone could help me to understand the basics or at least the theory of what does composition, focus and Flow means. Is just it really driving me nuts not having at least an idea so I could apply on a tag. I will appreciate your help on this matter. Thanks ^^
