Posting sigs

Hi,dont be mad at me for posting this but how do i add a my signature to a post i make. i have read the instructions in the FAQ section but still dont understand. help would be much appreciated.

Host it somewhere such as imageshack, then either copy the code they give you for forums, or copy the direct url, and put in inside img tags:

[img]your link here[/img]
