Strange Colour Picker Problem

Hi guys, this is actually a request on behalf of my mum, who has run into this problem which I'm unfamiliar with.

Basically one day when she was trying to select a colour, the colour picker box had suddenly gone all "weird" as you can see in the attached screenshot.

She says she didn't change any settings, though she may have done so without realising, who knows

Anyway, anyone know how to revert the colours back to normal?

Are you on RGB colour when you go on image>mode, other than that I cant think what it could be other than something in the "custom" box in the colour pallete.

Yep it is in RGB mode. I've had a look through the custom menu but nothing seemed to do the trick.

reset ps to defaults then? ull have to reload brushes and stuff but at least ull have a working palette haah
