Topaz Help

I downloaded the Topaz attachment for photoshop and installed it. The instructions tell me I'd find "Topaz workshop" under the filter menu. But I'm not finding it. Its just not there. Can someone help me with this?

Surely if you just bought it, there is some sort of official support to call upon?

When you installed it, did you save it in the Photoshop Plugins folder?

If not, then there's your problem.
