Help with CS - Guild Inn

whenever i open my CS, even if it is the only program or not it always says "Not Responding". my version is legal and also my laptop can handle CS, so it's not the laptop's fault. I also have Vista.

i would really appreciate if someone could help me fix my CS.

well did it work before on your labtop, you could be missing a file for ps

yes it worked before, then after a week it started saying the "Not Responding" title.

i tried uninstalling it then installing it again but still no use T_T

your probably missing a file then maybe it got deleted or something

the problem is how do i know what file got messed up. also i uninstalled it then installed it twice so that should have fixed the problem right?

no if your missing a file then your missing a file, i think your gonna have to try re downloading it, but it could b a different problem, but I wouldn't know

well i have the setup on a CD. i'll try one more time after i wake up. *yawns* i'm really tired right now.
