Text; OTAKUSCAPE "All in CAPS."
Text Placement; Up the top.
Font; A Nice one, "You choose."
Background; Dark blue up the top forming with a light blue down the bottom, "Gradient".
Shizzle; I want the text to have like a dripping effect, like frost. Also I want a burst of lines and stuff coming from the bottom like from the light source. "In a white color." Also the texts colors I want them to blend with the background, so you choose.
Payment; I pay 150 P once finished and PM'd.
