A Userbar

I would like to request a Userbar, black background with white stripes, in the left I would like it to say DOWNLOADKINGZ, in the middle I would like a picture of a crown(NOT GIRLY) possible a dark color or white, and in the right I would like it to say DOWNLOADER'S PARADISE. If possible do something cool with it
