Need aTeam Banner ASAP!!

I need a team banner for another team on another site.

Size: about the same size as the team banners here on gi.
Name: Krimson Concepts
Colors: don't matter.
style: anything that doesn't look girly. Preferrably more of a professional look.

Alright here's a version i created we can start with this and you can give me more of an idea of what'd you'd like to see it become:

Looks great.
Maybe make it a tad bit longer, with more of those random type of effects you have in your second tag in sour sig space. (The Dare to Question tag)
but it really looks great as it is.
Also, could you please make the black a little bit lighter, like a dark grey kinda color, because the forum that this team is on has a pitch black background, so the black on the banner would probably just blend in with the background.

@Ra- Haha yeah i disappeared and wound up doin some work with a graphic designer, as for the vector and logos that's all me i've been messing around with illustrator now and as for the logos i don't really know haha
