Who Are Your Top 10 Favorite Game Characters (and why?)

These can be characters from any genre of gaming by the way.. just briefly explain why at the end of each one ok?

So ok ill start:

1 Kratos (cos he is a bad assed mofo point blank ... plus hes a god)
2 Dante/Nero (they both got a cool attitude and kill in the most unique ways)
3 Master Chief (The guy Is fighting machine)
4 Samus (shes sexy and deadly)
5 Mario (I grew up on mario games)
6 Sonic (same reason as mario... I just didn't play it as much)
7 Ryu/Ken (they are fighting legends imo)
8 Bomberman (is it me or was he based on a terrorist? lmao)
9 Gordon Freeman (CRAZY CROW BAR POWER!!!! )
10 Lara Croft (.)(.)

1. Frank from Dead rising (this guy is seriously bad ass)
2. Ryu Hayabusa from ninja gaiden (the deadliest ninja the world have ever seen:p)
3. Gordon Freeman (hes just awsome, and not often do i see a hero with glasses)
4. Master Chief (again, awsome)
5. Virgil from DMC (i like him better than Dante and emo Nero)
6. Kratos (bad ass)
7. Wayne Holden from Lost Planet (cool guy that does alot of shit on his own)

Duke Nukem - Needs no explanation!

Bonk (PC/BC Kid) - Runs around head butting people! Cool series of games too.

Pac Man - What a life! Gets to go around eating happy pills all day!

Lucien Lachance (From Oblivion) - You dont mess with this guy!

Crash Bandicoot - His deaths are always amusing!

Warboss Gorgutz (From Dawn Of War) - Funny as hell, he seems almost indestructible aswell!

Dizzy - To say hes just an egg, he sure goes on some good adventures!

and maybe George Stobart from Broken Sword. He can be an ass sometimes, others he can be quite funny and witty.

3. Cloud (Plain badass, generally a really well-built character)

4. Squall (Eternal master of the ellipses.)

5. Zell (destroys 100 tonne metallic spiders with his fists)

6. Vivi (most badass midget ever)

7. Croc (anyone else remember this guy? )

8. Ryu Hayabusa

9. Ethan Thomas (Condemned) (great name )

10. Yangus (Dragon Quest VIII) (Fantastic british accent (in a JRPG!) and pretty funny)

I would add snake to my list(like sticky said badass and his name is David ) aswell as someothers from stickys, was a hard choice of think of only 10, gex being one of em O_o

2. Prince of Persia (yh, the trilogy was cool, and the character was well built)
