OMFG! Wow, the good times I had playing Diablo I and Diablo II... Man...

P.S Hey, wait a minute... I slaved for hours defeating Diablo, Mephasto and Baal, and now they're back? I broke the f***ing soulstones for god's sake.

P.P.S I've been looking around their site, and it doesn't look like they managed to bring back the Diablo II experience.

Just look at the classes in-game cinematics... Doesn't feel like Diablo... Plus, look at the environment the Barbarian is in - it's all flowery, WTF, it's supposed to be dark and firey... Not to mention that they killed my beloved Necromancer for that Witch crap...

The Barbarian in Diablo 2 was PWNSOME... Especially with Whirlwind. But I have a feeling they drastically changed the game experience, which is a shame...

It was pretty nostalgic to read Deckard Cain's diary, as I've done all that lol.

SalMAX there wher mutiple stone 1 of them did not get destroyed if i can remember the sorty line

also the Necromancer is pretty much the same as the Witch Doctor

You can play on your own. It's a bit dated now and you really can see it. Still a lot of depth to it though and worth a go if you can "acquire" it

There were 3 stones - 1 for each lord. In one of the cinematics you can see Mephisto's and Diablo's stone crushed at Hell Forge. The 3rd one - Baal's was destroyed after the events of Lord of Destruction (most likely anyways). Still, with Diablo's stone definitely destroyed - I can't see how he will return. The only thing I can think of is that the world stone's destrucion will somehow allow them to return.

lol sticky, Ive already seen the ingame demo. Was quite shocked on the official notice of it. Cant wait. Its based on the oblivion engine apparently, dont know if thats good or bad.
