Wow, I take back what I said about USA. They performed amazingly well and they found a tactic that worked against Brazil, gotta give a lot of credit to their coach for doing that because a lot of teams wouldn't manage it. You beat a good Egypt side, Spain who ranked World's best according to Fifa and came agonisingly close to beating Brazil.
Well done USA, one of the best counter attacking teams I've seen in a long long time, very quick and fluent. Fitness let you down a bit though but it was a great game and a worthy cup Final.

Well it's either gonna be next year or in 5 years time and I don't see it happening, teams like Brazil and Argentina just produce new talent on a yearly basis and they'll always be the favourites to win the WC. |
