Ok, added the smudge settings. I lost the old ones, so I just did these from what I can remember. Should give similair results though.

Gunna have a go

Heres my effort feel free comment:

Didnt work out as well as id hoped. Think a smaller rendar may have helped. Good tutorial tho might try it again later with a different rendar and see what happens.

Was a pretty good tutorial, though I must admit I did get a little confused... not yet quite sure how to do clipping masks ? I gave it a go anyway, and heres what I got;
