Step 1: open a photoshop document, any size will do
Step 2: go to filter>render>clouds (ctrl+f until you find something you like)
Step 3: go to filter>render>difference cloud
Step 4: go to image>adjustments>Invert of ctrl+I in the keyboard
Step 5: go to image>adjustments>levels move the middle slider to the right.
Step 6: to add color to it, press ctrl+u or ctrl+b, its up to you...
uses of this technique:
1. for beginners, it can serve as a background. (maybe?)
2. for effects.
