Thanks! I appreciate it. It's like i said, it's nothing major, but i just wanted to get the point on how to do the smooth smudging. nothing fancy and long, just sweet short and to the point.
thanks again! Comments are always appreciated.

Nice tut for beginners at smudging. I don't really like your outcome, but the tut itself is nice and well explained. Will hopefully help some people.

that's basically it. I didn't go for an awesome outcome, just enough to give you an idea of how to do the smooth smudging. And i've already had a few people PM me saying how much it helped them, 'cause it was nice and simple to understand.
Thanks tho, glad to see you like it! Maybe I can start making more in the future!

This tutorial is for Photoshop, right? Because you linked to some PS brushes.

no. you can also use the same brushes for GIMP. just go to deviant art, and type in the name of the brushes, but put "GIMP brushes." Like this:
odysee GIMP brushes
and the same brushes will pop up. I used GIMP for it, but people are starting to convert PS brushes to GIMP so GIMP users are really starting to step up their game.
Sorry 'bout the confusion there!
