Top GMV though I wish he would've gotten rid of that stuff to the left and filled the neg space with similar effects to the ones near the face.

I voted for the bottom.
Reasons:
It didn't hurt my eyes. I could see more effects in the top picture but I didn't quite feel "it". The bottom picture was simple, cleaner, and easier to view. And as I say, sometimes simple pictures are better.
