I don't think you can do that... By uploading an image to Deviantart you copyright it, which means you state that everything in the image is your property, or you were given written permission to use it. Obviously the ad is the property of WB, thus not your own.

ture SalMAX but so is using renders and i highly doubt WB will be upset cause it is made for advertising and i left all the copyright material on it so you can clearly tell i own no rights to the piece
also you dont have to upload it to attain copyright it done when you make it even with out placing ©
oh well i delete it

But once you upload its a legally binding contract... I wasn't concerned that WB will sue you, I was just informing you as DA would probably take it out themselves.
