You need to fit a few rules before you will be added to our affiliates:

1 - Must not be a free hosted board like invisionfree.com etc and have own domain
2 - Must have atleast 100 members

Yeah plus its really hard to get a good gfx forum open up with lot's of memebers these days, you gotta know a lot of artists and get them to join first.

Theres loads of really good forums already that aside...

No one really needs a new one, and unless you have the time and money to make something amazing, it wont work

Agreed. You need to put more work (and money, free GFX sites never work, ever) in before you can go asking for affiliation.
