Last year, at the end of December (aka Christmas), we had this event called "Guild Inn Secret Santa". It was a great success, so this August, it's a great pleasure for me to host:
Please read it all - questions concerning anything clearly stated in this post, will not be answered.
Basically the concept is that you make a sig for someone, and then in exchange you get a sig from someone else.
But the trick is that you don't know who made the sig you got, and you don't tell who you made a sig for.
That way it's a secret, and you can try guessing who made your sig.
Post in this thread if you want to participate.
Then when the day of the deadline arrives (read further to get the deadline date) I'll pick who's making a sig for who, and you'll get to know.
Then you make your sig, and I'll distribute them.
Hopefully a lot of people will enter and make this as big success as last year.
The rules are as following:
Size need to be kept to a limit. That means something around the good old
400x130, but +/-30 is cool.
Please
no LPs or anything like that. Max size is Mare size
Your sig has to contain some
summer themed render/stock or something with the
colours of summer. I know it's a wide theme, but I'm sure you can think of something. But please
no game renders or anything that certainly isn't summer related.
It also has to contain the
name of the receiver.
Don't complain about your gift. This is for fun, and remember -
it's the thought that counts.

Sunday the 10th midnight (GMT)

Sunday the 17th midnight (GMT)
I'll PM all who enters, on
Monday the 11th, to tell you who you'll be making a sig for.
Who you'll be making a sig for will be picked from the hat, and is
completely random.
Please PM or mail/MSN me (ahlto@hotmail.com) your sig.
This is called
Secret Summer Mate for one reason - so please
don't tell anyone who you are making a sig for.
To prevent brand new members from just signing up and then leaving the event,
you have got to have a post count of min. 20 to participate.
