I am about to try this now, I had CS3 and searched the internet for hours on where Imagready was on CS3 but didnt find it, came back to the thread and the answer was here!

Every time I try to Import Video Frames To Layers This happens

I cant see anything and when I press OK they are only white frames.

I am using the newest version of Quicktime
