Are you using Mac or PC?

If your using PC, then simply copy the font files you want.
Then, paste them into the folder C:\WINDOWS\Fonts.
If you're unsure of where this folder is, first click on My Computer, then C:\, then Windows,, then the folder named fonts. Simple right?
After you paste them, the fonts will be usable in all of your applications, including Photoshop Elements.
